Flow Rounding and Soft Start Technology During your therapy you may have abrupt changes in your IPAP and EPAP pressures, flow rounding will smooth out these changes to maximize the compliance of your Bipap machine while also increasing comfort. BiLevel therapy generally requires higher pressures in order to perform at its peak level, the soft start will slowly increase the pressure until it reaches the set IPAP pressure level, totaling 10 seconds, which will be easier on the user. AutoAdjust AutoAdjust allows for the DeVilbiss AutoBiLevel IntelliPAP to use a lower average air pressure which will increase your comfort during therapy. Auto On and Off Bipap Mask Feature This feature can be turned on in the settings on the LCD display.
Your therapy will not begin until the mask senses breathing, and will automatically turn off when the mask is removed. SmartCode Therapy A monitoring system, the IntelliPAP is a user-friendly way to review your sleep data without having to purchase expensive software. After treatment, SmartCode will share your therapy data on the LCD screen, and your doctors can use the information to determine the effectiveness of your therapy and make the necessary changes.
